Who handles the information
The independent operator of medalliaexpert.com handles inquiries submitted through this site. Privacy, access, correction, and deletion requests can be sent to support@medalliaexpert.com.
Information collected
The form collects work email, company name, role, country or time zone, relationship to Medallia, current program status, requested service, urgency, access or approval status, acknowledgements, and the message you choose to provide.
Information not requested
Do not submit credentials, respondent or customer personal data, confidential exports, internal URLs, proprietary field names, screenshots containing sensitive information, regulated data, or private implementation detail through the public form.
Purpose
Information is used to assess and respond to a requested business service, prevent abuse, arrange discovery when appropriate, maintain inquiry records, and prepare a later engagement requested by the contact.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure provide website delivery, security, and the primary inquiry database. When enabled, Google Apps Script and a private Google Sheet provide an operational copy and internal notification. Zoho provides business email. These providers process information only as needed to operate the inquiry workflow. Inquiry information is not sold.
Retention and deletion
Unqualified inquiries are normally removed within 90 days. Qualified prospect inquiries may be retained for up to 12 months so the requested conversation can continue. Records connected to paid work may be retained longer where needed for business, tax, security, or dispute purposes. A deletion request can be sent to the contact address above, subject to applicable obligations.
Analytics and cookies
The site does not currently use advertising trackers or behavioral profiling. Hosting infrastructure may set a strictly necessary security cookie to detect automated abuse. If aggregate traffic measurement is enabled later, this notice will be updated before the change.
Security and rights
Reasonable controls should protect inquiry data, but no internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; requests can be sent to the contact address above.
